1. Nature of Service Quick Pizza Order is an independent, third-party order management platform. We facilitate food orders between customers and local third-party pizza kitchens. We are not affiliated with any specific pizza franchise or brand.

2. 100% Cashless Policy & Payment Security For the safety of our delivery partners and staff, we operate as a strictly Cashless Service.

  • Payment Method: We exclusively accept Credit/Debit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) over the phone during the order process.

  • PCI Compliance: All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant billing systems. Your payment data is encrypted, and we do not store full credit card details on our local servers.

  • No Cash: Drivers do not carry cash, and cash payments will not be accepted at the door.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy * Orders can only be cancelled within 5 minutes of phone confirmation.

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.

4. Limitation of Liability Quick Pizza Order acts only as a liaison between the customer and the vendor. The local kitchen is solely responsible for food quality, preparation, and safety. We are not liable for any issues arising from food allergies, dietary restrictions, or the preparation standards of third-party vendors.
